Adam’s Mortgage Calculator

Lately I have been playing with Microsoft Silverlight technology. It’s kind of similar to Flash, however it supports .NET languages like C# and VB.NET. As my test project I created this Mortgage Calculator. It will calculate mortgages in two formats: Monthly and Semi Annually to reflect the way mortgages are calculated in different countries. US uses the Monthly version while Canada uses the Semi Annually calculation.

If you do not have the Silverlight plug-in click on the icon below, the plugin is free and is available for most browsers and operating systems (yes Apple is supported)
